Key Responsibilities- Maintain and leverage deep relationships with brokers, real estate agents, accountants, and other business bank lending affiliates to achieve new to bank customers.
- Drive a structured and disciplined weekly sales operating rhythm to achieve strong sales momentum.
- Utilize data and insights to engage with potential and existing customers to identify opportunities.
- Acquire new to bank customers through cold calling and other sales strategies.
- Effectively manage overall sales and revenue performance measured by Business Lending FUM drawn and other cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage the onboarding of new to bank customers and support effective handover to remote customer service proposition.
- Ensure overall accountability for having a well-managed business relating to operational risk and credit risk.
- Develop strong relationships, influence, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve complex problems.
- Drive outstanding customer experience and outcomes measured through Net Promoter Score improvement.
- Deliver excellent customer focus with genuine curiosity for understanding customer drivers and delivering solutions to meet their needs.
