About the Role

  • They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals.
Responsibilities
  1. Providing emotional support and companionship to participants
  2. Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care and household chores
  3. Accompanying participants to appointments and social events
  4. Driving participants to various locations as needed
  5. Preparing meals and snacks for participants
  6. Maintaining a safe and clean environment for participants
Requirements
  • Diploma or certificate in a relevant field (e.g., aged care, disability support)
  • Current Working With Children Check, police check, and NDIS clearance
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and own vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals
