Responsibilities:

  • Providing quality care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and personal care.
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Reporting incidents and changes in resident behavior to nurses.
  • Completing documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant processes.

Requirements

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
  • Commitment to working varied hours with flexibility to pick up additional shifts.
  • Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families, and team members.
