Customer Service Professional

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as an Account Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing the customer experience for a dedicated portfolio of valued customer accounts.
As an Account Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver product in line with customer business needs.
- Providing real-time updates to customers on product and service-related matters.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in account management or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
