Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

A leading logistics and postal services provider is seeking a skilled customer service professional to join its team in Wollongong.

As a key member of the retail team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction with the organization is a positive one.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering personalized customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Managing high-value transactions accurately, handling cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS payments with ease.
  • Conducting and processing identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews, with professionalism and discretion.
  • Providing administrative support, including stocktaking and record maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be:

  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable, with excellent communication skills and a passion for working in a team environment.
  • Customer-focused, with a genuine interest in understanding and meeting the needs of our diverse customer base.
  • Able to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
