Job Title:

Community Manager

About the Position:
  • Deliver consultancy and peer support on complex scenarios
  • Ongoing assessment and evaluation of services provided by allied health teams, implementing service enhancements accordingly
  • Initiating and leading quality and service improvement initiatives, encompassing research activities where appropriate
About You:
  • Demonstrated expertise in communication, liaison, administration, and teamwork. Able to apply these skills in resolving management, administrative, and professional challenges, and in communicating with professional and management staff
  • Ability to apply specialist skills in assessing and resolving clinical problems in multi-disciplinary consultation and liaison
  • Clinical experience as a senior allied health practitioner within a subacute setting, including clinical experience with complex patients
  • Recent experience working in a specialist geriatric inpatient unit
