
Clinical Manager – Allied Health Team

Responsibilities- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of fly-in-fly-out clinicians across multiple states and territories.
- Manage the clinical team in line with the annual business plan and contribute to reviews of the business's performance against the Strategic Plan.
- Oversee allocation of resources and assessments to ensure service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure all clinical work complies with NDIS and regulatory standards through regular audits and monitoring.
- Coordinate supervision structures across the organisation and ensure clinicians are connected with appropriate supports.
- Participate in weekly leadership meetings to identify barriers to service and develop strategies for improvement.
- Chair and manage the Clinical Governance Committee alongside lead therapists to maintain high standards of care.
- Support career development by working with clinicians to create tailored professional development plans.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, general management of new team members.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to explore clinical opportunities and provide clinical insights.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in clinical service delivery across Lift Health Group.
- Registration as an Allied Health Practitioner (e.g., AHPRA or SPA) with a minimum of 10 year's experience.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS and other relevant funding bodies.
- Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary allied health teams.
- Commercially minded with knowledge of business operations within healthcare and the ability to align clinical services with strategic objectives.
- Proven ability to manage teams with a focus on compliance, staff wellbeing, and clinical excellence.
