Administrative Support Coordinator

This role involves providing administrative support to the project team, ensuring timely invoicing and cost monitoring.
The successful candidate will have experience working in an office environment, with high-level data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel. They will also possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring contracts and jobs are set up correctly in electronic systems
- Accurate and efficient daily data entry
- Coordinating client timesheet submission and approval
- Monitoring and liaising with project managers to ensure invoicing meets deadlines
- Running project costs reports and preparing final invoices
- Assisting with payroll entry and preparation of monthly KPI reports
For this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an office/administrative environment
- High degree of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in the Oil & Gas industry (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a high volume/fast-paced environment, and multitasking
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and confidence to offer system improvements/suggestions
