Administrative Coordinator

The role of the Administrative Coordinator is a crucial part of our corporate team, providing exceptional support in general reception duties and administrative tasks. This includes managing reception and phone communications, coordinating mail and records, maintaining office equipment and resources, and facilitating meeting arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level service to staff, clients, visitors, and other stakeholders by ensuring timely and professional responses to all inquiries.
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of office equipment and other resources, including troubleshooting basic issues with copiers, printers, phones, and security systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, develop comprehensive itineraries, book flights and accommodations, and prepare agendas and minutes for meetings.
  • Assist with events and internal meetings, coordinate catering, venues, and other related elements.
