We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Development Manager to join our team at National Optical Care (NOC). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple practice operations in NSW, including Sydney, mid north Coast, and ACT.
Your primary focus will be on coaching and developing Practice Managers and their teams to achieve agreed targets, increasing productivity and effectiveness. You will also drive continuous improvement in all operational processes and initiatives in partnership with other Support Office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve practice performance and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with Practice Managers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Ensure compliance with legislative regulations, standards, and performance expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to Practice Managers and their teams
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience managing operations in a similar multi-site environment, preferably in healthcare or retail industries
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
