Automotive Sales Director

As a seasoned sales professional, you will have the opportunity to establish and lead a high-performing Used Car Sales Team from its inception. This role requires a proven track record in driving sales growth, managing budgets, and developing strong teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Manage and maintain an optimal level of used vehicle stock, ensuring profitability and meeting business objectives.
- Lead the allocation and management of sales consultants, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this position, you will require:
- A strong background in automotive sales, preferably in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated business acumen and leadership abilities, with a focus on driving results.
- Experience in people development, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
