About the role

Redlands Mazda is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Automotive Sales Person to join our team in Capalaba, Queensland. As a full-time Automotive Sales Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs.

What you'll be doing

  • Engaging with customers to understand their requirements and matching them with the most suitable vehicle
  • Demonstrating and test-driving vehicles to showcase their features and benefits
  • Negotiating sales and closing deals in a professional and ethical manner
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales
  • Providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Participating in sales training and development programs to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer role, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and understand customer needs
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for the automotive industry and a genuine interest in Mazda vehicles
  • A positive, enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude
  • A valid driver's licence and the ability to drive a range of vehicles
  • A current Queensland Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
