Counsellor - Professional Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Counsellor to join our team at SYC. As a Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing consultation and group supervision, as well as professional development services to assist our employment services sites.
Key Responsibilities- Provide consultation and group supervision to support the development of our employment services sites.
- Develop and deliver professional development services to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and address the needs of our clients.
- Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions to support the wellbeing and employment outcomes of our clients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum degree or graduate diploma level qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counselling).
- Current valid Driver's License and willingness to drive.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
