The Role

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A solid foundation in HR (around 2–3 years), with experience across generalist advisory work, preferably in a fast-paced retail or fashion setting.
  • Naturally curious and confident navigating all kinds of people conversations, bringing empathy, clarity, and care to every interaction.
  • Organised, proactive, and skilled at turning ideas into action to help our teams be at their best every day.
