HR Partner

To deliver exceptional colleague experiences, we're seeking an HR Partner to join our team.

About the Role

This is a key position that plays a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our service standards. The Human Resources Coordinator will assist the HR Manager and departmental managers in ensuring our colleagues are equipped to deliver outstanding experiences for our guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting all areas of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management and engagement.
  • Managing administrative processes and IHG people technology, ensuring payroll deadlines are met and supporting new starter onboarding.
  • Collaborating with leaders and external payroll teams, facilitating contract development, and driving compliance with onboarding procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
