Wildlife Experience Guide

The opportunity to work in the beautiful Monarto Safari Park is available for a skilled and enthusiastic Tour Host/Driver. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sharing their passion for wildlife conservation with visitors.

As part of our Visitor Experience team, you will be responsible for leading guided tours across the park. You will engage with visitors by providing detailed commentary about the various animals and their habitats. Your expertise and enthusiasm will ensure that every visitor leaves the park with a deeper understanding and appreciation of wildlife conservation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and informative commentary during guided tours
  • Operate large passenger vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction
  • Undertake basic cleaning and maintenance checks on buses and Visitor Experience vehicles
Requirements:
  • Driver accreditation for large and small passenger vehicles
  • Manual bus licence (MR or HR)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Experience in tour guiding or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
