We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Certis Security Australia. As a Gatehouse Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' sites, while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage vehicle movement, access control, and visitor passes to ensure a secure and efficient site environment.
- Monitor and respond to security risks, alarms, and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue and manage security access cards, contractor passes, and visitor passes to authorized personnel.
- Conduct regular foot patrols and surveillance to detect and prevent security breaches.
- Provide daily reports and updates to management and clients on site security and incidents.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless site operations and security protocols.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar security role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and security software.
- Current security license and certifications, as required by the state or territory.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
