About Our Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR professional to manage the entire lifecycle of graduates from initial contact through to their admission into our Graduate Program.

You will work closely with the HR Team to plan and deliver high-quality HR solutions that align talent with business objectives.

This includes managing routine staff movements (e.g. parental leave, leave of absence, secondments, transfers) and providing expert advice on general HR policies (e.g. annual leave, parental leave).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting recruitment partners, leaders, and students throughout the end-to-end interview processes;
  • Managing graduate program lifecycles and executing key development processes (e.g. rotations, performance evaluations, post-program placement processes);
  • Ensuring all graduate issues, grievances, and requests are handled professionally, equitably, and fairly;
  • Building an external profile with students through attending campus events, leveraging social media, and featuring in graduate marketing initiatives;
  • Providing expert guidance on general HR policies (e.g. annual leave, parental leave).

Requirements:

  • A positive, energetic, and team-focused attitude;
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced HR role in a corporate environment, preferably in recruitment or graduate recruitment teams;
  • The ability to build networks and rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization;
  • An appropriate tertiary qualification;
  • Strong internal client service focus, client relationship management, and influencing skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • The capacity to think strategically while maintaining a practical approach.
