Drive the next chapter of growth for Westpac Business Banking
- Manage a portfolio of between 50 to 70 SME sized, family-owned business customers

**How will I help?**

You'll play a key role in developing and managing a portfolio of Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) customers, the lifeblood of the Australian economy. The SME industry continues to grow and change the business landscape across our country which means you'll have heaps of opportunities to build genuine personal connections with our customers, empowering them to feel confident and inspired to navigate the future and what our 'new normal' may look like.

Our Business Banking Managers are customer facing sales and service roles so a typical day will see you using lots of different skills, from proactive networking and relationship management to writing complex transactions for your customers needs.

**What do I need?**
- Energy, passion, and a growth mindset
- Passionate about helping SME customers in Queensland grow their business
- Strong financial analysis / business credit skills ideally developed in a banking environment
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to build credibility with diverse audiences
- Local community networks with small businesses are highly regarded (but not essential)
- Knowledge and demonstrated implementation of compliance and risk management
