Financial Insights Analyst Role

This opportunity offers a chance to work closely with the operations and property teams to provide commercial support, forecasting, and budgeting expertise. As a Financial Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for building and maintaining reports to track key performance indicators, providing support to achieve financial targets, and collaborating with business leaders to drive business outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Provide commercial support, forecasting, and budgeting expertise to the operations and property teams.
  • Build and maintain reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to drive business outcomes.
  • Support the achievement of financial targets.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Undergraduate qualifications in finance, business, or a related discipline.
  • Membership or studying towards CPA, CA, or CIMA.
  • Previous leadership experience managing a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in data extraction, integration, manipulation, and display using automation.
  • Power BI experience highly desirable.
