The Role

We are seeking an experienced Department Supervisor to join our team in NSW. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales and KPI performance, coaching and developing your team, and upholding visual standards to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive conversion, sales, and KPI performance through effective coaching and mentoring of team members
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service standards and deliver a 'service over task' environment
  • Work closely with the BOH team to ensure shop floor product availability and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Uphold company retail standards and deliver store visual excellence through effective visual merchandising and display
  • Support the management team in delivering internal and external profit protection processes
  • Contribute to the development of new team members through effective onboarding and training programs
What We're Looking For
  • 2-3 years' experience in a retail or similar industry
  • Proven track record of driving and exceeding set KPIs and communicating effectively with stakeholders
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
