**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a Viaflex Filling Night Shift Leading Hand you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing operation in your respective department and the daily communications associated with manufacturing processes from both internal and/or external customers.

**Shift Timing**: Mon to Fri, 11pm to 7am
- Ensure Viaflex filling lines are operating to maximum efficiency.
- Organise rotation of staff in department.
- Ensure batch documentation is completed.
- Train Quality Assurance, Process Operators and Linesetters and perform J.I.B. training.
- Work as backup to A.P.F. line operator and Quality Assurance operators.
- Assist with machinery breakdowns.
- Liaise with other departments including Maintenance, Mix Room, other supervisors and record keepers.
- Relieve on-line when necessary.
- Perform Quality Assurance function.
- Perform housekeeping duties.
- Carry out specific tasks under instruction from supervisor.
- Report any issues to supervisor.
- Oversee/maintain storage and handling of Hot Stamp Dies in the designated areas.
- Incorporate EMS practices into daily routine
- Perform other duties as required
