Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to become our resident expert for our APAC product portfolio.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our product features, benefits, and specifications.

  • Developing Product Expertise: You will work closely with internal teams and customers to identify market opportunities and develop tailored product training.
  • Mentorship and Training: You will mentor internal teams to become confident trainers and facilitate group learning sessions.
  • Market Analysis: You will collaborate with account managers to identify market trends and opportunities.

In this role, you will also be responsible for supporting new product launches, tenders, contracts, project work, and other business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a product specialist or trainer.
  • Effective communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Ability to self-manage workload effectively.
  • Excellent group facilitation skills.
  • Innovative problem-solving approaches.
  • Knowledge of adult teaching and learning principles.
  • Proven aptitude in using various systems.
