We are seeking a seasoned Business Partner to support our APAC portfolio, focusing on Australia & New Zealand and partnering with regional teams. This role will provide strategic HR expertise to offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement targeted solutions with a focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, talent assessment, change management, and team building.
- Offer strategic business partnership, thought leadership, and coaching to all levels of the organization.
- Assess team, manager, and organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Develop data analysis and reporting solutions based on business requirements.
- Drive talent management strategies to support team growth and individual development plans.
- Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Summary Cycle and employee engagement survey throughout the year.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues in Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business.
- 8+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
- Experience helping global and/or highly matrixed organizations grow.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business.
- Consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrates empathy and experience driving community-building work.
- Project management and change management experience.
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
