Senior Legal Advisor Role

We seek an experienced legal expert to assume a senior leadership position within our organisation.

This appointment offers the opportunity to shape corporate strategy, governance, and risk management at the highest level.

The Position
  • Delivering executive-level legal advice to senior executives, ensuring alignment of legal frameworks with corporate objectives.
  • Leading cross-functional teams, instilling a culture of excellence, accountability, and high performance.
  • Overseeing corporate governance, ensuring best practice across organisational operations.
  • Managing high-value transactions, including contracts, financings, and strategic partnerships.
  • Developing and executing risk management, compliance, and insurance strategies to protect the organisation's interests.

Candidate Profile:

  • 15+ years' experience in legal leadership roles, preferably within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in corporate governance, risk management, and commercial transactions.
  • Able to balance strategic opportunity with disciplined risk management, possess strong negotiation skills.
