Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you have to make sure to uphold the following duties and responsibilities to the best of your ability:

  • Greet customers and assist them promptly
  • Offer assistance to on-board passengers
  • Ensure customers' safety and comfort throughout their journey
  • Perform safety checks before each interaction
  • Provide meals, beverages, and snacks
  • Render additional assistance to customers with special needs, such as persons with disabilities, elderly, or unsupervised children
  • Reassure customers during instances of uncertainty or turbulence
  • Demonstrate and provide instruction during emergency situations
  • Administer first aid and medical care in case of emergency
Qualifications

To be accepted for the job position, you'll have to meet certain standards set by the company, including:

  • Must be 18 years of age or over
  • Must not be taller than 173 cm and be able to reach 180 cm on flat feet
  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing in English
  • Must possess Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Has experience in customer service
  • Be able to hold an ASIC, which includes a police security check
  • Must be able to swim without a floating service or aid
  • Must be presentable
  • Must be flexible in terms of work hours
  • Must have a natural interest in caring for or pleasing people
Document Requirements to Prepare
