Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for customers
  • To have superstar selling skills that contribute to sales performance of the store
  • To build effective customer relationships and be the expert to talk to
  • To be team players and contribute towards store's success
  • To maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom
  • To have a safety mindset and constantly strive to provide safest work environment for themselves and their team mates

Requirements:

  • A passionate customer service expert with previous retail and/or customer service experience
  • The physical capacity to perform duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
  • A valid driver's licence as occasional deliveries are required
  • Availability to work and flexibility to work across 7 days
