Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver perfect customer experiences, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the store's success.
  • Work visual merchandising magic, turning the store into a mesmerizing sanctuary of style and inspiration.
  • Share extensive knowledge of candles and homeware products with customers.
  • Keep the store visually enticing for customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a harmonious work environment and ignite the spirit of teamwork.
