We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Administration Support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their administration career or gain further experience.
The role involves providing administrative support to our team, which includes tasks such as:
- Raising purchase orders: Assisting in creating and processing purchase orders as needed;
- Handling administrative tasks: Performing general administrative duties, including data entry, training management, filing, and maintaining documentation to ensure all records are up-to-date and accessible;
- Ad-hoc duties: Performing other tasks as required to support the team;
- General office duties: Assisting with various office and reception tasks, such as answering and directing phone calls and maintaining office supplies.
About You:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in administration, payroll, or bookkeeping;
- A positive attitude and eagerness to develop your skills;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- A keen eye for accuracy and problem-solving;
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
