About the Role

The ParentsNext program helps parents with children under school age to plan and prepare for future study or work. As a Career Navigator, you will be responsible for engaging positively with parents to assist them in identifying their goals and developing a pathway to achieving these goals.

You will undertake reviews of plans and respond to any changing requirements. You will also develop community networks to refer clients and suitable local services. Additionally, you will complete administration tasks accurately as per policies and procedures.
