About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our Retail Property Finance team at Dexus. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing valuable financial and analytical services across the Retail platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare strategic asset plans for the portfolio of retail assets, including reviewing key assumptions, cash flow modelling, and investment metric calculations.
  • Partner with the investment management and valuation teams to review valuations and provide insightful financial analysis.
  • Prepare and coordinate property, portfolio, and fund-level reporting deliverables to support business decision-making.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive commercial insights and opportunities.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and participate in process improvement initiatives and system integrations.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong analytical and commercial mindset, be agile and proactive, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving capabilities. Ideally, you will have prior property experience as an analyst or valuer, with highly demonstrable analysis, modelling, and numerical skills. You will also be proficient in Excel and financial modelling.
