About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Equity Analyst to join our team at IMC Financial Markets. As a key member of our trading team, you will play a crucial role in helping us make informed decisions in the equities and derivatives markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of stocks, including IPOs, and identify potential opportunities and risks.
  • Monitor and analyze news flow, including corporate, industry, and regulatory news, to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Develop and implement new processes to improve the speed and accuracy of our pricing.
  • Collaborate with our trading team to provide real-time analysis and insights.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working as an Equity Analyst.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Derivatives and/or structured products experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Demonstrated passion and understanding of financial markets.
  • Comfort working with incomplete information and utilizing quantitative information as available.
  • Tertiary qualified, with CFA certification a plus.
  • Bloomberg and Python experience preferred.
