An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic team as an HR Specialist.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to provide expert HR support, guidance and advice to both employees and senior business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with senior business leaders and employees providing ongoing support and guidance in relation to HR matters
- Partner with senior business leaders, providing coaching and mentoring on people management matters, performance issues and grievances
- Ensure that all relevant changes in relation to employment legislation, conditions, policies, procedures and people practices are implemented as required
- Assist senior business leaders with performance management of employees
- Oversee the performance review process, assisting senior business leaders in identifying future talent and talent gaps for development, including succession planning for business critical roles
- Oversee and manage all employee rewards, incentives and benefit programs
- Prepare statistical HR reporting and analysis as required
- A strong business partnering background, preferably with experience working with senior business leaders
- The ability to think strategically to engage with senior business leaders and drive sound HR processes in line with Company policies
- Excellent people skills, including the ability to engage and influence key decision makers, and the ability to resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- A hands-on approach, a 'can-do' enthusiastic attitude, with the insight to show initiative and the ability to think and act quickly on your feet
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
