Human Resources Advisor Role

This is a pivotal role that involves providing expert guidance and support to managers and employees in delivering organizational strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR information systems, providing training as required, and ensuring the timely resolution of underperformance or misconduct issues.

They will also be responsible for maintaining project organisation charts, collating data for reports, and developing and implementing policies and procedures across the project workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement HR information systems and provide necessary training to staff.
  • Provide expert advice on human resources matters and assist with resolving employee relations issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to promote a positive work culture.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar HR advisory role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

They will have a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as experience in implementing HR systems and processes.
