We are seeking a dedicated blood disorder specialist to join our dynamic team. As a patient journey partner, you will play a pivotal role in promoting innovative solutions for complex haematological conditions to healthcare professionals.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting our portfolio of treatments to healthcare providers within an assigned territory in Queensland.
  • Developing and executing territory plans to maximize opportunities and create value for stakeholders and customers.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with oncologists/hematologists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Reviewing customer engagement metrics to optimize communication channels and ensure regular engagement through face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, and industry events.
  • Providing expert knowledge on the clinical data and benefits of our treatment options.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitoring and analyzing territory performance, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Gathering valuable insights from customers and effectively communicating them to internal teams to inform strategic initiatives.

You will work closely with a supportive team, driving towards our goals for patients while contributing to the advancement of groundbreaking therapies.

The territory will focus on key haematology accounts across assigned areas in Queensland.
