The Position

We're seeking a pharmaceutical representative with a passion for Haematology to join our dynamic team. If you have a proven track record working in the industry and are eager to make a difference in patient outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

This role involves promoting innovative treatments to healthcare professionals and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including oncologists and other healthcare specialists.

You'll work closely with a supportive team to drive our goals for patients while contributing to the development of groundbreaking therapies.

Your territory will focus on key Haematology/Oncology accounts across Queensland (QLD).

What You Will Be Working On
  • Promote Haematology products to healthcare providers within an assigned territory in QLD.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to maximize opportunities and create value for stakeholders and our organization.
  • Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and provide expert knowledge on clinical data and treatment benefits.
  • Review customer engagement metrics and adjust communication channels to ensure regular interaction with target customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analyse territory performance and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Who We Are Looking For

We're seeking someone with a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field, plus 3+ years of experience as a specialist pharmaceutical representative. Significant knowledge of the Haematology/Oncology landscape is preferred, along with a proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate complex information effectively.

You should be comfortable prioritising tasks, managing multiple stakeholder requests, and adapting to changing circumstances.

This is a Brisbane-based role covering a defined territory within QLD. A valid driving license and eligibility to live and work in Australia are necessary.
