Job Title: Data Governance Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Data Governance Expert.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and document data governance frameworks and processes that support effective data management and decision-making.
  • Identify and visualize data governance-related processes using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., BPMN), ensuring clarity in data flows, ownership, and decision points.
  • Conduct assessments of existing governance practices, identify gaps between current and target states, and provide actionable recommendations aligned with business priorities.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements, validate findings, and ensure alignment across business, data, and technology teams.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders, and present findings and recommendations to project teams and leadership.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language.
