We are seeking a skilled Business Data Governance Analyst to support the implementation of data policies across risk and compliance functions.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with business units to define and implement data policies related to risk and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data governance initiatives that align with business needs and regulatory standards.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for data governance initiatives.
- Support the development and maintenance of data models that reflect business operations and regulatory frameworks.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus on data governance and risk-related processes.
- Assist in the design and rollout of data consumption strategies across departments.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external data regulations, such as GDPR, Basel III, and SEBI guidelines.
- Document business processes, data flows, and governance frameworks.
- Work with IT and data teams to ensure proper data lineage, metadata management, and quality controls.
- Monitor and report on data governance KPIs and risk metrics.
