Job Title

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee high-profile transformation programs and manage complex portfolios of work for public sector and government clients.

About the Role

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of major programs and projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Partner with senior client stakeholders to understand their priorities, provide strategic delivery advice, and guide them through change.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of program structures, governance models, and performance measurement approaches.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams and client resources, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Support Directors and Partners in growing client relationships and identifying opportunities for future engagements.
  • Couch and develop junior team members, building capability across project management, delivery disciplines, and client engagement.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools, automation platforms, and data analytics to drive efficiencies, enhance client outcomes, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong program and project delivery experience within a Tier 1 consulting firm, boutique consultancy, or senior internal transformation role.
  • A strong background in public sector, government, or regulated industries.
  • Proven track record in portfolio/program management, PMO leadership, and delivering large-scale, complex initiatives.
  • Experience managing senior client relationships and working with diverse stakeholder groups to achieve outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable delivery plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage at senior levels.
