Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the successful adoption and embedding of transformational initiatives that shape our future. This role plays a critical part in driving change across multiple cohorts, including members, employees, and leadership.

Critical Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fit-for-purpose change management strategies to drive engagement and readiness
  • Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to embed change across operating models, ways of working, structures, people, and technology
  • Lead training, communications, and capability uplift to build change resilience and readiness
  • Strengthen our enterprise-wide change capability, ensuring lasting impact and value for members and employees
  • Champion inclusion and psychological safety throughout all change activities, ensuring all employee levels and member segments are heard and considered

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities
  • Deep knowledge of change management methodologies, principles, and best practices, particularly in complex environments
  • Expertise in conducting diagnostics and readiness assessments, surfacing insights to shape interventions
  • Ability to design, interpret, and report on adoption metrics and KPIs to measure change progress, benefits realisation, and cultural shifts
  • Proven experience surfacing and addressing barriers to change, including resistance management and behaviour shift
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills, with experience navigating governance structures and working with executive leadership, members, and cross-functional teams
