Job Title: Strategic Infrastructure Transformation Leader

This pivotal role shapes the future of healthcare infrastructure across NSW, combining strategic change management expertise with operational commissioning insight.

  • Provide specialist advice, mentorship, and hands-on support to Health Infrastructure project teams, Local Health Districts, and other NSW Health entities.
  • Enable clinical and non-clinical transformation through capital investment, ensuring new facilities and their people are operationally ready for a timely transition of services on Day 1.

The successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed. This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can leverage their expertise in strategic planning, change management, and operational commissioning to drive transformational change within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
