Lead Transformation Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned transformation expert to join our People Consulting team.

As Lead Transformation Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional end-to-end HR Transformation services. You'll facilitate business transformation by designing and implementing strategic HR solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs.
  • Utilise your knowledge and implementation experience to shape our services to meet client needs.
  • Manage and deliver HR Transformation projects across various sectors, enhancing the change experience for diverse organisations.
  • Leverage your previous HR Technology experience to develop and deliver analysis, recommendations, technology solutions, reports, presentations and other project deliverables.
  • Lead significant HR transformations, with a focus on SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, or large-scale digital programs.
  • Engage with our global network to provide expert transformation advice.
  • Define and measure success metrics to monitor transformation progress.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and tender responses.
  • Work on challenging projects across a diverse range of issues and industries.
