Drive Sales Growth as a Retail Leader

Take on a challenging leadership role in our retail operations and drive sales performance and growth across all store locations. As a key figure, you will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor sales trends, customer feedback, and market conditions to optimise retail strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to align product knowledge and promotions with sales initiatives.
  • Analyse sales data with internal stakeholders to provide insights that improve performance across store locations.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate store teams to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with store managers to ensure continuous coaching and support for their teams.
  • Identify recruitment gaps and support the recruitment process alongside People & Culture.
  • Partner with e-commerce and digital teams to ensure seamless omnichannel customer experiences.
  • Support in-store events, activations, and community-building initiatives in partnership with marketing.
  • Optimise staffing and rosters to maximise sales and efficiency while managing wage costs.
  • Responsible for ongoing management and development of store managers.
  • Ensure all retail stores comply with occupational health and safety (OH&S) regulations in collaboration with People & Culture.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to brand standards, policies, and operational procedures.
About You:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in retail or an omnichannel environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving commercial growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Comfortable using data and technology to support decision-making.
