Our organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale commercial and public builds nationwide.

Job Description

This is a full project lifecycle role, covering planning, procurement, delivery and installation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including materials, labour, subcontractors and resources.

A strong partnership approach is required, with regular communication and collaboration with architects, engineers, consultants and Tier 1 builders.

  • Lead complex projects to time, cost and quality targets
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Requirements
  • 5-10+ years' experience in project management, preferably in façade or glazing
  • Qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture
