Lead Culinary Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in the kitchen, overseeing daily and weekly planning of food preparation, shift allocation, and rostering. You will be responsible for developing budgets and cost efficiencies while ensuring high standards of HACCP, WHS, and QA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Unit Manager in delivering the Production Plan and provide operational direction to a team of Chefs and Catering Attendants.
  • Oversee daily and weekly planning of food preparation, shift allocation, and rostering.
  • Develop budgets and cost efficiencies while championing Safety and Quality throughout the kitchen.
  • Drive food quality across all meal classes and focus on client-end products.
  • Mentor and develop employees across Line Chef, Leading Hands, and Supervisors.
