About the Opportunity

This Sales and Business Development position presents an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of empowering businesses to reach new heights.

You'll work closely with our senior leadership team to develop targeted sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Your primary responsibility will be to research and outreach to prospective clients, setting up initial discovery meetings and qualifying prospects for further engagement.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a natural ability to connect with others.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Researching and outreaching to prospective clients, primarily to business owners, CEOs, and sales leaders.
  2. Setting up initial discovery meetings to understand our prospects' business needs and opportunities for growth.
  3. Qualifying prospects and setting up further discovery sessions with senior leadership support.
  4. Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive sales plans and execute them effectively.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong background in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Natural ability to connect with others and build strong relationships.
