Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our landscape and civil construction projects across Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

As a Site Manager with Solutions+, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects that make a positive impact on communities. You will lead a team of professionals and subcontractors to deliver projects safely and effectively, while also managing day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, resources, and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver projects safely and effectively
  • Managing day-to-day site operations including scheduling, resources, and materials
  • Reading and interpreting construction plans and setting out works
  • Overseeing site safety, compliance, and environmental controls
  • Conducting toolbox talks, pre-starts, and risk assessments
  • Maintaining detailed site records including progress tracking and reporting
  • Liaising with Project Managers, clients, and consultants to maintain clear communication and accountability
  • Driving a positive site culture that reflects our values
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in landscape construction, civil works, or a related trade
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams
  • Excellent understanding of structural landscaping, site works, and construction methodologies
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving on site
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time management abilities
  • White Card and relevant industry tickets (e.g. First Aid, Traffic Control, Excavator — advantageous)
