Robert Plumb Collective is a dynamic construction services group with a strong emphasis on premium quality and innovation across the building, landscape and manufacturing sectors. With commonly held values, our team of over 160 dedicated employees, across 10 different brands, are committed to delivering excellence in all aspects of our work.

Part of the group, Robert Plumb Landscape manages the implementation of gardens created by Dangar Barin Smith, which is one of Australia's exclusive Landscape Architect and Design studios. Each project is meticulously managed and stalled to the highest standard by our team of qualified landscape tradespeople.

We are currently seeking experienced Landscapers and Labourers to join our skilled team.

About The Role ...

  • Assisting with site set-out and ground levelling to ensure precise and accurate landscaping.
  • Conducting thorough site preparation for upcoming projects.
  • Expertly handling planting, transplanting, and replacing plants to maintain or enhance outdoor spaces.
  • Installing various landscape materials such as pathways, garden beds, planters, fencing, and paving to create beautiful and functional environments.
  • Performing general garden maintenance tasks including pruning, mulching, weeding, and fertilizing as needed to keep landscapes in top condition.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all site areas to uphold standards.
  • Thriving in an outdoor-based role, adapting to work under various weather conditions.
  • Prioritizing workplace health and safety to create a secure environment for yourself and team members.
  • Facilitating the development and training of fellow team members to foster growth and expertise within the team.

About You ...
  • Proven experience in similar role (1 - 3 years)
  • Qualified in Landscape Construction, Horticulture or related field
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Sound knowledge of horticulture, soft and hard landscaping
  • Current NSW drivers license (own transportation preferable)
  • White Card
