The Opportunity

As new high-end projects continue to flow in, this business is entering an exciting growth phase, making this a rare opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key leadership role.

You'll oversee multiple luxury residential sites across Sydney, working closely with designers, clients, and construction teams to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.

The Role

  1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  2. Program and schedule works
  3. Procurement of materials and resources
  4. Coordinate diverse construction teams
  5. Oversee Forepersons
  6. Liaise with clients
  7. Report to a Construction Manager
  8. Budgeting and financial forecasting
  9. Recruit staff for your team

The Requirements

  1. 2-3 years as a Project Manager
  2. Experience working for a landscape contractor
  3. Certificate III in Landscape Construction OR Horticulture (Required)
  4. Diploma of Project Management (Bonus)
  5. Driver's License
