We are seeking experienced professionals to oversee high-end residential projects in Sydney and beyond. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned project manager to step into a senior role with one of Sydney's most respected landscaping firms.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working for a landscape contractor, hold a Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple luxury residential sites across Sydney, working closely with designers, clients, and construction teams to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.
  2. Program and schedule works, procure materials and resources, coordinate diverse construction teams, and oversee Forepersons.
  3. Liaise with clients, report to a Construction Manager, and budget and financially forecast project expenditures.
  4. Recruit staff for your team and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

Requirements:

  1. 2-3 years as a Project Manager in the landscape construction industry.
  2. Experience working for a landscape contractor and a strong understanding of the landscape construction process.
  3. Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (required).
  4. Diploma of Project Management (desirable).
  5. Driver's License.
